How to Book Jawazat Appointment for NewBorn Iqama Print

Jawazat appointment can be booked from Absher. You must have a valid Absher account in order to proceed for Jawazat appointment booking. Login to your Absher Account and then Choose Electronic Services and then choose Appointments and then choose Passports option.

You will see a screen with message as below:

Welcome in Passports Appointments Service
This service lets you book an appointment with Passports for your desired services with the following features:

Book a new Appointment
Update an existing Appointment
View/Print an existing Appointment
Cancel an existing Appointment

Choose Proceed to Service option. Now Select Book a new Appointment. For Services, You will have to choose Resident Services. Select Region from drop down menu and then select number of transactions. Since you want to print Iqama of newborn baby, choose transaction as 1.

Jawazat Appointment Absher

Once you click Next, you will be provided List of all branches for the region that you selected. Choose a branch that best suits you. For example, If you want to book appointment in Jeddah for printing iqama of newborn baby, You may select Jeddah Passport which is Jawazat Rehab main branch. However, there are many branches in different cities and you can decide and choose as per your convenience.

Once you select a branch, you will be provided details of all the available time slots for booking appointment in that Jawazat Branch.
Once you have selected your desired available time slot for Jawazat Appointment, you will be moved to another page with all details of your appointment and you will have options to Confirm Appointment Details or going back to previous steps to make any changes.

Once you confirm your appointment, you will be able to print your appointment and you are good to go for visiting Jawazat Office to print iqama of new-born baby as per appointment schedule.
