Tawakkalna application provides various services for residents and citizens after registering on this application which includes various services related to Covid 19 SOPs and recently Hajj and Umrah Services have also been added to Tawakalna app and you can issue Umrah Permit and also Permit to Pray in Grand Mosque and permit Visit to Prophet Mosque by using Tawakalna.

Tawakkalna Umrah Permit: How to Issue Umrah Permit Using Tawakkalna
Tawakalna mobile application provides new services under Hajj and Umrah Categories in order to book Umrah Permits, Permit for Praying in the Grand Mosque (Masjid Haram Makkah), permit for praying in the Noble Rawdah (Roze e Rasool) in Madina and for visiting Prophet Mosque (Masjid e Nabvi).
To book Umrah Permit in Tawakkalna, login to your Tawakkalna application and click on Services menu. You will find Hajj and Umrah Services Category under which Permits, Issue Permits and Manage Beneficiaries options are available.
In order to Issue a new Umrah Permit, click on Issue Permits option. Next, you will be provided various types of Permits related to Hajj & Umrah services which you can choose. For Umrah Permit, choose Performing Umrah and press Proceed button. Next, you need to choose the Beneficiaries (companions) and click on Proceed. If you want to add a new companion, you can do that also by clicking on Add Companion option.
Once you press Proceed button, next you will have to choose the month in which you want to perform Umrah and any available time slots for that month will be shown to you and you can select your desired available slot for booking Umrah Permit.
