Exit Re-Entry visa (تأشيرة خروج وعودة) is issued to any resident living in Saudi Arabia when exiting the country and it is mandatory to return back to KSA before expiry of Exit re entry visa. If exit re-entry visa is about to expire and you are not able to return back by that, sponsor needs to Extend Exit Re-Entry Visa so that you are able to return later.

In this article, we will explain step by step procedure for a sponsor to extend re-entry visa for the workers or for a family head to Extend Exit Re-Entry visa for dependents.

Exit Re-Entry Visa Online Extension Using Absher Services

Exit Re-Entry visa can be extended very conveniently using MOI Absher Services. Below are the steps that you must follow for extension of Exit Re-entry visa for your dependents (family members).

Step 1: Pay Fees to Extend Exit Re-Entry Visa

For Re-entry visa extension, required fees must be paid first using online banking services or any other Sadad payment channels.

Online banking services of various banks provide this service. Mostly steps are similar (with slight possible differences in the menu and navigation).

For Samba account, once you are logged in; choose SADAD Bills & MOI and then choose Government Services option.

Now under Payment tab, choose Alien Control for Service Type, Extend exit reentry visa duration for Application Type, provide Iqama number, visa number (should be 10 digits and if you find 9 digits on visa page, add a 0 at the start) and choose visa duration. For 30 days, fees is 100 SR.

click OK and in the next page, verify all details and then pay the required fees.

Step 2: Online Extend Exit Re-Entry Visa Using Absher

After you have paid the fees, you should be able to see the paid fees in Absher using Query Available Funds Service.

Once you have confirmed that fees is available in the Absher, choose Electronic Services and then choose Services under Family Members and select VISA Services

Now you will see all your dependents. Select More details(+) for the family member and click on Extend Exit Re-Entry visa

Now confirm that name,  passport number & any other details are correct and agree to MOI terms and conditions by clicking Agree button.

Next, enter number of days for extension or return before date. and click on Extend Visa

Now in the Info confirmation step, confirm all details and click on Confirm button if all is good.

You will get a confirmation message on next screen about successful extension.

Once Exit Re-Entry visa is extended successfully, you should be able to confirm it from Absher. You can also check Exit Re-Entry Visa status Muqeem Service and verify the extension.
