Expat Levy or Dependent Fees can be paid online using SADAD Services provided by online banking services of different banks. In this post, we will explain step by step how to Pay Dependent Fees online using Online Banking Services.
Steps to Pay Dependent Fees Online in Saudi Arabia
You can pay dependent fees of your family by using SADAD Payment Services available online through online banking option of any Bank. I will explain here how to pay dependent fees using SAMBA online banking but process to pay dependent fees with any other bank will also be similar without any major differences.
To Pay your dependent fees online, first you should check for Iqama Expiry date using Check Iqama Expiry Date Service to know how much period is left for your current iqama validity. Once you know about expiry date of your iqama, you can now login to your online banking services and find out how much you need to pay for your dependents in order to renew iqama. If you are using SAMBA online banking services, after login to your account, choose SADAD Bills –> Government Services and then you will be on the SADAD Bills page. Here you need to choose Alien Control for Service Type and for Application Type you need to choose Associate Fees for All Associate. Note that you also have an option to choose any specific dependent (Associate) if you want to pay only for a specific dependent. For Iqama ID, write Iqama ID of the sponsor (i.e. yourself as your dependents are under your sponsorship). Fees Duration End Date can be specified as the date till which your iqama has to be renewed. E.g. if your current expiry date is 12/12/1441 as per hijri calendar, you need to specify as 12/12/1442 for this. Good thing is that even if you don’t specify this, system will automatically calculate your required fees based on the current iqama expiry date and will add 360 days on top of that.
Once you click on Ok button, in the next page you will be able to see total amount calculated for you to pay as your dependent fees. When you agree and proceed for payment, you will get OTP on your registered mobile number and upon OTP confirmation, your dependent fees will get paid and your account will be debited.
After you have paid your dependent fees for all your dependents, you are good to go for iqama renewal of your dependents.
