If you are on a work visa in Saudi Arabia and have brought any of your family members on a visit visa; you can extend the visa for the same duration as the original visa stay duration. You can Extend Saudi Arabia Visit Visa Online through Absher account on ministry of interior website.
Steps to Extend Saudi Arabia Visit Visa Online Using Absher
For family visit visa extension; login to your Absher account by going to the below link:
http://www.moi.gov.sa/wps/portal/moi/eservices
Once logged in; go to Extend Visit Visa option by choosing eServices–>Passports–>Extend Visit Visa
If you have any visitors under your sponsorship; you will be able to submit visit visa extension request here; otherwise you will get a message like below:
You don’t have any visitor under your sponsorship.
Please note that below conditions must be fulfilled for extension of visit visa online:
- At a time of visa extension, the Visit visa duration should be less than 7 days or it should have been expired before 3 days.
- Visit visa holder should be present in Saudi Arabia
- Fee of visa extension should have been already paid (through any banking channel or SADAD).
- Visit visa holder Passport is valid (not expired) on the date of VV extension
- Visa requester / Visit visa holder Status is alive.
- Visit visa holder (Visitor) does not have unpaid Traffic violation
- The total Visit Visa period should not exceed the permitted period of 180 days from the date of entry into KSA & the visit visa extension period will be same as initial issuance period.
